Megan Canning

Megan is a brand & communications strategist, creative director, project manager — and visual artist. She has spent most her career leading external communications and brand strategy for New York-based nonprofit and philanthropic organizations in the art, civic, and design community. 

To every project she brings a strategist’s mind, an artist’s eye, and ~15 years’ experience directing print, digital & multimedia projects for mission-based organizations.

Rachel Crawford

Rachel is a content and digital strategist, project manager, writer, and creative producer with over 12 years’ experience helping organizations of all sizes communicate more effectively.

Throughout her career, she has connected with organizations whose work inspires her to be more engaged — whether in immigration policy, criminal justice reform, or improving the experience of working moms. She has lived in New York City for more than half of her life, and still can’t believe she’s raising a Brooklyn kid.

We are building a diverse community of female-identifying creative practitioners who share our values and want to contribute their talents to women-led, mission-driven companies. These relationships with talented designers, writers, illustrators, developers, videographers, photographers, and artists make our work better, and enable us to facilitate powerful collaborations for our clients.
